all organisations committed to doing things differently in order to be faster, more innovative and to reach further.

This year's iBGC will have a message for everyone. The aim is to inspire delegates think, act and compete in a new way.

On 12 November, the Bilbao Exhibition Centre is going to be packed with ideas, experiences, people and organisations who know that we can no longer do things today the way we did them yesterday.

Nigel Barlow: ‘Re-Think’

Nigel BarlowAuthor of Re-Think: How to think differently, Nigel Barlow is an internationally-renowned expert in innovation and creativity. His approach is very clear: practical innovation.

When innovation can no longer be based simply on enormous budgets and when it affects more than just R&D, Barlow promotes practising the innovation that can be found all around – in offices, products and customers – but which fixed routines and arrangements prevent us from seeing.

Founding partner of the European Tom Peters Company, Barlow says you don’t have to be an Apple or a Procter & Gamble to develop innovations successfully.

Barlow, who will be speaking for the first time in Bilbao, promotes what he calls “re-thinking”. With his usual participative style, he will be asking iBGC delegates to experiment and will offer them the keys to implement his ideas in their organisations.
